ABOUT ME

I am a qualified and accredited Executive Coach with extensive experience in Learning and Development for over 20 years. Working globally as a facilitator and coach, I've been privileged to incorporate my passion for travel,  working across 6 continents and with a vast range of nationalities and cultures. 

 

Training sessions I've facilitated include the Big Four Consultancies, Financial Institutions, the Magic Circle Law firms,  the Civil Service, NHS Trusts, Telecommunications, Construction, Transport networks, Merchant Services and Aviation. Other organisations in the public and private sector I've worked with range from City Councils to the United Nations.

 

I am an associate of leading experiential learning and development consultancies, specialising in behavioural change. I've designed, written and facilitated programmes working with diverse clients at all levels, from graduates to senior leadership.

My dual career as an actress has enhanced my coaching work, and I have leveraged the skills required for stage and screen work to the coaching environment. Studying human behaviour during training, has contributed to my high levels of emotional intelligence, empathy and compassion.

Having a portfolio career has given me great insights into the challenges faced across a wide range of sectors and I've experienced the tangible benefits coaching can have both personally and professionally.
