A CONVERSATION

Coaching is a one to one focused conversation to help you explore an issue, make a decision, or achieve a goal. Through listening, questioning and exploration, I will assist you in gaining greater awareness, clarity of thought and you will be empowered to resolve issues and  find solutions.

STRUCTURE

CHEMISTRY MEETING

The first part of the process is to have a meeting to discuss your requirements and timescales. This allows us an opportunity to see if I'm the right coach for you and a good 'fit'.

Session lengths and times are flexible depending on your needs. Often 4 - 8 sessions lasting an hour and half to two hours would be typical. The coaching relationship is reviewed on a regular basis and you're able to contact me between sessions for additional support, if required.

Sessions can be face to face, virtual or a blend.

MY APPROACH

I create an open, warm, relaxed environment and each session is tailored towards your needs. Time is a resource that is often lacking in people's daily needs. Ensuring you have dedicated time to focus on whatever is important to you at that moment is a benefit of the one to one approach. I am led by you. You set the pace, level of challenge and I will respond to what feels 'right' for you.

Through heightening awareness of your behaviours, patterns and belief systems, you have the opportunity to choose new strategies to deal with all elements of your life. Practical, tangible actions will emerge for you to put into action. You'll be able to enhance your existing strengths, become more effective in reaching your aims, and retain your authentic self throughout.
